BEACHCLOCKS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

We want BeachClocks to be a happy place.  Toward that end and with the purpose of eliminating problems or concerns, BeachClocks offers this this Limited Warranty - which applies to products purchased from BeachClocks including and limited to our Beach Clocks, Tide Clocks, Thermometers and Key Racks.

 

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, BeachClocks will repair or replace, at no charge for parts or labor, the products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship - under normal conditions, use and maintenance.

 

What will we do to correct problems?

BeachClocks at its own discretion will either repair the Product at no charge for parts or labor using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with the same model, if available, or a similar model comparable in design, function and value.

 

How long does the Limited Warranty Coverage last?

The Warranty Period for eligible products purchased from BeachClocks is 1 year from the date of purchase.

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining Warranty Period of the original purchase.

 

What does this Limited Warranty NOT cover?

The Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damages not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Misuse or mistreatment of the products.
  • Use of the product or products in a way it is not intended or designed.
  • Any malfunction occurring after the end of the Warranty Period.

 

How do I make a claim?

To obtain Warranty Service, you must first contact BeachClocks Customer Service in accordance with our Returns Policy in order to determine the appropriate solution and to obtain a Return Authorization if required.

 

Changes to our Limited Warranty.

BeachClocks reserves the right to change its Limited Product Warranty at any time.  Nevertheless, the Limited Warranty in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
