BeachClocks Returns Policy
All our clocks are inspected and tested before shipping. Because we want you to be happy with your BeachClocks purchase, we will accept returns for just about any reason unless the clock has been intentionally mishandled or abused. We cannot refund shipping charges, but we will do everything we can to make the returns or exchange process as easy as possible for you.
How To Return An Item
To receive full credit for your return, your clock must be in its original unused condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. If the clock ceases to function properly, however, please contact us to arrange for an immediate exchange for up to 1 year from the purchase date. To arrange for a return or exchange, you must first call or e-mail our customer service department and get a Return Authorization Tracking Number (RA#) before sending back the clock.
1. Please phone or e-mail your return or exchange request to BeachClocks or use our Contact Us Form and we will assign you an RA tracking #. Include your Name, Address, Products to be Returned and the Serial Number or Order Number in your request.
2. Upon receipt of a Return Authorization number, ship your return or exchange item to:

3. So we don’t guess wrong, please include your name, address, email and phone number - and a note explaining the reason for the return.
